Serge

Since I was a child I’ve always been a passionate handball-player and kind of addicted to intensively practicing sports. Unfortunately, serious injuries compelled me to quit. In addition to that, my professional career ties me down to an office chair. Progressively, I became physically rather inactive. This fact, in combination with unbalanced eating habits, made me gain weight. Not only my old shape, but also my endurance and my fitness were soon to disappear.

Luckily, a personal trainer saved me out of my disadvantageous condition. Those superfluous pounds quickly disappeared, my body was strengthened and my nutritional habits were adapted to a healthier lifestyle. The result was simply amazing: out of enthusiasm, it was my strong desire to enable others to experience the same shift. That’s why I took up classes and graduated as Fitness- and Health trainer (B-License), followed by the Personal Trainer A-License. Moreover, I recently achieved the Food Coach and Trainer for Weight Management license.

I always loved being active and having fun outside. 2011, when Serge took me to a bootcamp in the woods, I was immediately sold on the exciting concept and training principles. The immediate contact to the natural environment and the dynamic group training (it’s just way more fun when you’re not alone!) are a great experience and keep motivation alive!

My professional experience in the scope of nutrition and my pedagogic background as a teacher enable me to show you the way to healthier and more balanced eating habits.
