Coordination, speed, power and endurance

Nature functions as a refreshing fitness environment. The diversified programs are based on the principles of Functional Training. Instead of typical gym equipment, the participants’ own corporal weight is the main item used. Our primary goal is not to get defined muscle packages; we work out poly-articulate ensembles corresponding to their respective roles in the musculoskeletal system.

Functional Training primarily focuses on core training. Thus, especially deep muscles are strengthened and the central part of the body is stabilized. All in all, the FitbyNATURE training concept progressively increases coordination, speed, power and endurance.

The workout takes place in small groups. This creates an unique, dynamic atmosphere, full of motivation and enthusiasm, pushing the individual participants. The training units, in combination with the direct influence of the natural environment offer you an allround balanced and fit body awareness, whether you participate as a beginner or as an advanced sportsman.
